1. 14-Day Easy Returns Policy
At FoneStore, we want you to shop with confidence. That’s why all phones purchased online come with a 14-day return period. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your device within 14 days of delivery.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
- Once approved, you have 14 days to send the item back.
2. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Let us know within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your full name, order number, and reason for return
We will let you know once your return is approved.
Return Conditions
Returned devices must:
- Be fully reset and signed out of all accounts (e.g. iCloud, Google)
- Be in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging and charging cable (if supplied)
3. Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Delivery charges are refunded only if the item was faulty or incorrect
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault shortly after delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
We will offer one of the following options:
- A replacement device
- A full refund
In these cases, return shipping costs are fully covered by FoneStore.
5. Exclusions & Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund in the following situations:
- Returns requested after 30 days without prior approval
- Devices showing signs of physical or liquid damage
- Items returned incomplete or missing original packaging/accessories
- Products used beyond what is necessary to assess features and functionality
6. WEEE Recycling
FoneStore offers free like-for-like recycling of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE):
- Available at the time of delivery or in-store
- Waste batteries accepted for recycling without any purchase requirement.
