What does the FoneStore Warranty Cover?
The FoneStore Warranty begins on the date of purchase and protects against technical and mechanical defects.
What’s included?
- Battery-related performance issues, including charging problems
- Repairs for faults such as defective cameras, microphones, or speakers
- Replacement devices where a repair is not possible
How long does FoneStore take to process orders?
Orders are typically processed between 1 - 3 days if the phone is immediately available. If the device was undergoing refurbishment at the time of purchase, processing may take a bit longer.
Delivery Information
Once your order has been processed, it is shipped via DPD and should arrive within 48 hours.
Delivery is completely free of charge.
